What does a typical yacht hire include?
Our charters always come with expert crew members, essential safety gear, fuel for the journey, and a selection of refreshments. Each charter type has unique inclusions—for instance, romantic evening sails come with gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, and corporate hires provide meeting facilities and tailored corporate dining choices.
When should I make my reservation?
For best availability, we advise booking your charter 2–3 weeks ahead of time, and further in advance during the busy period (May–September). For business gatherings or private festivities, aim to reserve your spot 4–6 weeks prior to allow for customization and to ensure availability.
What actions are taken if the weather is bad?
Our priority is safety. In the case of adverse weather being forecasted by our captain, we offer the option to reschedule to a convenient upcoming date or issue a complete refund. Weather conditions are tracked diligently, and should any concerns arise, we will reach out to you with a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you're free to bring along your own food and refreshments. Additionally, we offer superb catering services and can personalize food menus to suit your taste preferences. For safety measures, please be aware that we do not allow glass containers on board.

What's your policy on cancellations?
Should you cancel your booking more than 72 hours in advance of departure, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received between 24–72 hours prior to departure will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are generally non-refundable, with the exception of cancellations due to inclement weather or mechanical faults on our end.
